Eagles Eat Bugs?

I had no idea. But today at Magnolia I captured what appears to be a Bald Eagle eating dragonflies.

Appears to be a bug escaping just above the lower beak.
It went that-a-way!

I guess protein is protein!

    1. I’ve seen them do that, yes. As a matter of fact, I’ve eaten road hill too. lol
      Seriously, I was driving down a country road one day and the car in front of me hit a pheasant and kept on driving. Pheasant is DELICIOUS so I stopped and picked it up. Dinner was a winner!! 🙂
